Tricia’s career is marked by her meticulous attention to detail and her exceptional people skills. She has worked at several law firms, handling a variety of real estate and estate matters, and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. Tricia worked alongside the esteemed Mr. Chuck Dickson, the managing Real Estate Attorney, until his recent retirement, further honing her expertise.
In her role, Tricia manages all aspects of real estate transactions, from closings for both sellers and buyers to coordinating with real estate agents and lenders for mortgages. Chris Moffet is a dedicated legal assistant who thrives on helping clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice. With a primary focus on the Madison office location, Chris also lends his expertise to the Haywood office when needed. His responsibilities include creating and organizing client files, preparing and drafting court documents, filing court documents, and scheduling client appointments.
Having lived in Madison County, NC for over a decade, Chris now resides in Hot Springs, NC with his lovely fiancée and their four beautiful daughters. Outside of work, he cherishes quality time with his family. Chris loves working in the legal field and meeting new people, bringing enthusiasm and commitment to every task he undertakes.

Myra has furthered her expertise with courses from the NC School of Government and Appalachian State University. Her diverse career includes roles at Haywood County Assessor’s Office, Haywood Regional Medical Center, Mission HCA Healthcare, and currently at Selena A. King Law Firm, PLLC.
Away from work, Myra enjoys spending time with her children and playing the piano, showcasing her talent at various events including church services and weddings.
